The two major Japanese institutions have selected Banca Promos for its recognized expertise on the international capital market and, particularly, for its thirty-year presence on the Eurobonds market.
On Friday, 28th of June, sixteen executives of the two Japanese banks were received by the staff of Banca Promos at the head office in Naples.
During the visit, the two delegations, led by Mr. Chohei Wada, CEO of Banshu Shinkin Bank and Mr. Kazuo Miyagaki CEO of Tajima Shinkin Bank, visited the dealing room where Banca Promos' traders, daily place orders from all over the world on the capital market.
The Japanese bankers showed great interest in the organization and the IT structure of the neapolitan bank who has negotiated in the last year 2012 public and private securities to almost thirty billion euros.
Particularly interesting was the analisys on investment opportunities of Japanese banks in the euro area and especially on the eurobonds market. They focused also on the development strategies of the smaller banks to counter the large banks.
The staff of Banca Promos, led by Chairman Ugo Malasomma, explained to the guests that the bank activities are not based on standard products but always on tailor-made services.
The CEO, Tiziana Carano, emphasized the importance that Banca Promos gives to the human capital. The staff who receive a continuous training, every day assists clients with dedication and professionalism.
The bank believes that the customer care is essential and allows to reach and develop the customer who is not satisfied with mass services.
